How to report incorrect data
Why Reporting Data is Important
While we have a robust system for collecting and cleaning data, no database is perfect. The collectibles world is vast and constantly evolving. Your expertise as a collector is invaluable in helping us maintain the most accurate and up-to-date database possible. By reporting incorrect data, you're directly improving the experience for the entire CollectorWorth community.
How to Report an Issue
Currently, the best way to report a problem is by joining our official Discord server and posting in the #report-an-issue channel. Our team monitors Discord daily and can respond faster and ask follow-up questions if needed.
Coming Soon: We’re actively working on a built-in "Report Issue" button for every item page. Once available, it will let you quickly flag specific problems such as incorrect images, typos, or missing variants.
What You Can Report
Here are examples of helpful reports our community provides:
- Incorrect Image: The photo shown doesn't match the item.
- Wrong Name or Set: Typos, incorrect set info, or wrong categorization.
- Missing Variant: A version like a stamped promo or foil is missing.
- Other: Anything else that seems off or incomplete.
Tips for a Great Report
To help our team resolve the issue quickly, please include as much detail as possible.
Helpful: A brief explanation of what’s wrong and (if available) a link to an official or trusted source like a manufacturer, TCGplayer listing, or graded auction result.
We’re grateful for your help and your passion. Every report improves the CollectorWorth platform for everyone — thank you!
