Festival Grounds is a powerful Stadium that completely nullifies Special Conditions for any Pokémon with an Energy attached. This is a hard counter to strategies that rely on Paralysis, Poison, or Confusion to control the game. It provides a permanent safe haven for your attackers, allowing them to operate at full capacity without fear of disruption.

Unlocking Hidden Potential

Beyond its defensive utility, this Stadium also enables the 'Festival Lead' ability on certain Pokémon like Dipplin and Seaking, allowing them to attack twice in one turn. This turns Festival Grounds from a simple defensive tool into a key combo piece for specific, powerful archetypes.

Rules

Each Pokémon that has any Energy attached (both yours and your opponent's) recovers from all Special Conditions and can't be affected by any Special Conditions.

You may play only 1 Stadium card during your turn. Put it next to the Active Spot, and discard it if another Stadium comes into play. A Stadium with the same name can't be played.
