Description

The stamp featured on the cards is a stylized "W", which represents part of the original Wizards of the Coast logo. Similar to the original run of Prerelease cards, Wizards only produced a small amount of these (7 cards from 6 expansions). The majority of them were affiliated with Pokémon-related magazines. Hong Kong Pokémon League (February 2001). The card is also different from unstamped versions because the date at the bottom is printed as '1999-2000', where all 1st edition and regular printings had '1999-23000', the date correction was only made for this special release promo version.
